Prior to founding the Lotan Group, Mr. Talmon served in ISA (Israeli security agency) in different operational positions, amongst them the Dignitary Protection Unit (DPU).
Mr. Talmon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Logistics from the University of Bar-Ilan in Israel.
